This template sets dynamically the value of the content attribute of <meta> HTML tag, for name="description", according to the article's title (which is in every case a country name), for SEO purposes. It utilizes "Add HTML Meta and Title" extension (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Add_HTML_Meta_and_Title) for the <meta> tag insertion.
