What's the difference between plans?

Nothing except the length of the subscription. Every plan — 1, 2, 3, or 4 years — gives you identical access to every desktop overlay and every part of the web portal, for as long as your subscription term runs.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?

Yes. Each subscription automatically renews for the same length and at the same subscription price you originally purchased, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page inside the web portal — cancelling stops future renewals and does not affect your access for the remainder of the term you've already paid for.

Who processes payments?

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

What about VAT / sales tax?

The prices shown above are the final tax-inclusive subscription prices. Paddle automatically calculates the applicable VAT or other consumption tax based on your jurisdiction and includes it in the total price shown at checkout. The tax amount and pre-tax breakdown may vary depending on your country or other applicable tax rules, while the final customer price is shown before you complete your purchase.
